Sensei Ronald PanlilioI am certified with NASM for CPT, and PES so I have helped clients lose weight, gain muscle, and improved sports performance. I have worked with a high school softball and football players. And I have helped many people get leaner and gain strength and size. I have had my black belt since 1989, and I have practiced yoga since 1996. I incorporate these things if clients are interested or if the moves are appropriate for their goals. For actors: I can help create katas for open hand or with weapons if they have auditions coming up or need to improve for a current role. I also was varsity on a CIF championship wrestling team in 1990 with Damien High School under Coach David Exline. I still play in adult sports leagues for softball, indoor soccer, and basketball. When I was a senior in high school I was 115 pounds. By the time I was 25 I had started lifting weights and was 145 pounds with 10% body fat. Then sadly I got overconfident and stopped lifting, but kept eating the way I did when I was gaining size, so by 30 years of age I had gotten fat at 24% body fat and 165-170 pounds which is heavy for 5'5" at my height.A trainer and good friend, Rodrigo Costa, taught me how to eat smart and I started to do stabilization, balance, and endurance liftng and I started to shed weight very consistently. I am now down to about 130 pounds and am between 13-16% body fat most of the time. I want to start going back to hyperphotry lifting to gain mass again so I can go back to 145 pounds with less body fat. I have gone up and down in mass, and I can help you do either one depending on your goals. My reduced size has given me more quickness and endurance on the basketball court though: just ask my team, I used to sub out quickly, now I can play for hours :)
